We certainly annoyed when giving the shutdown command, but instead restart the computer. Sometimes we think is not logical "What the computer is already dared to rebel, was not willing to think again on us ???!!!!" Of course not ... computer runs according to what we perntahkan. If there are things that are not normally means something is not right. This means there must be some mistake.
Actually restartnya this computer is a facility of the windows to inform us as users that there are errors that occur in the system.
To prevent the windows do not restart when shutdown, can be tried with the following trick:
On Windows XP:
Right-click [My Computer] and select [Properties].
On the Advanced tab, click [Setting] on the startup and recovery.
Failure in the system, remove the checkmark in "automatically restart"
click [OK]
In Windows 7
Right-click [Computer] and select [Properties]
Click [Advanced System Settings].
In the window that appear, click [Setting] on the startup and recovery.
